The Small Print

We don't want to bore you but here comes the small print!

• A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your stay is required to ensure your stay. This is payable upon booking with us. This deposit is non-refundable due the nature of renting and we strongly advise you to take out travel insurance.

• Full payment for your stay is required no less than six weeks prior to departure. If you book and are travelling within six weeks then full payment is required at time of booking.

• If you need to cancel your booking with us then a refund will be at our discretion only. This will be determined on timing and circumstances. Again, we can't stress the importance of travel insurance!

• The swimming pool is regularly maintained by our pool cleaner.

• We will provide you with a basic welcome pack at the start of your stay.

• We provide a maid service prior to arrival and then on a weekly basis. A more frequent service can be arranged locally.

• The prices are correct at the time of publishing this web page, however, please call me to get the latest rates possible.
